Jason Trey Ramirez has been in the service industry for 11+ years. He graduated the Master's of Bartending course, testing out as an "over-achiever", the most difficult and coveted title that you can receive in the class. Immediately after he grew a passion for creating his own craft juices and bitters, trying to stay away from concentrate to help his drinkers find a more fresh and natural feel to his cocktails. Jason has a wide variety of menu knowledge, however he specializes in Gin cocktails.
